A lot of people come to therapy at a turning point - in their own life or in their relationship. Whether you’re figuring out who you are on your own, or trying to build something real with another person, the work is hard.
I work with adolescents and young adults navigating life transitions - identity, independence, dating and relationships, friendship dynamics, family stress, career uncertainty, and the weight of trying to figure it all out. I also work with individuals exploring relationship patterns and what gets in the way of real connection.
Additionally, I support couples who want to do the harder, more honest work of reconnecting. Beneath most relationship struggles is usually a longing to feel close, seen, or secure with the person you love. Whatever brought you to this page - a rough patch, a rupture, or just a sense that something has been off - there’s room for it here.
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and somatic and trauma-informed approaches. In practice, this means we slow down, get curious, and actually look at what’s going on beneath the surface. In our work together, we'll collaboratively explore the patterns in your relationships that leave you feeling distant or misunderstood, and rebuild emotional safety and connection. For those navigating life transitions, we'll explore uncertainty and change with curiosity rather the judgement - making space to process what's shifting, regulate emotions, and move forward with more clarity and groundedness.
